Today is a National holiday in India, Gandhi Jayanti. It is nice to have a day off mid week. It is also very convenient, since tomorrow it's my birthday and we can celebrate today.
I have had breakfast in bed and there is the promise of home made cake and nasi with chicken sate for dinner.
